Primary wood: Black Walnut
Secondary wood: Pine
Finish: Oil, Shellac, Wax
This chest of drawers is a reproduction of the Cushman chest
at the Pilgrim Hall Museum in Plymouth, MA. The original
is believed to have been built by Robert Crossman. This
reproduced chest is made of Walnut as the original was.
A few construction changes were made to suit the needs of
the customer but they are all internal and do not alter
the outside appearance of the chest. Brass teardrop pulls
with rosettes adorn the front and large bun feet complete
the piece. A beautiful William and Mary style chest of drawers
suitable for any room.
